An Administrative Certification is NOT Enough…
Let’s face it, adding an administrative certification to your teaching license simply isn’t enough. Too many people enter their leadership roles underprepared and overwhelmed with what to do, what not to do, and are inadequately facing challenges they were not prepared to take on. This is driving good people out of positions they could prosper in if only that had the training they needed.
What Can Participants Expect…
Participants will:
- Join a cohort of 20-25 teachers & administrators from schools and districts across the country;
- Receive 1 hour of virtual, weekly inspiring & relevant professional development for 6 weeks from February to March 2024.
- Develop a plan to implement the most relevant aspects of their learning.
- Meet amazing educational leaders and build your leadership network.
- Understand what administrators really need to know and how to apply what they’ve learned to make an impact.
- Be able to apply specific leadership strategies to their present and future work.
- Build their resume to be hired for a leadership position.
- Learn how how to attract and retain excellent educators and leaders.
- Learn and apply what they should teach you about leading a building or district, but don’t!
Graduate Hours Option Available if Desired…
This course is free. You can take it without earning graduate credit. If you would like graduate credit we are working to make that happen. We are working to partner with Ashland University to provide you with 3 Graduate Hours if you so desire. The price of the graduate credit hours is set by Ashland and you would coordinate with them through a link we would provide. All funds go to Ashland. We take nothing for the course. You do NOT have to work with Ashland if you do not wish to; it is an option we wanted to provide for those needing hours.

What if I can’t make it to one of the online sessions?
We get it. Everyone is busy. Each session will be recorded. While we really want everyone to attend, in person, with camera on and participating, we understand there are times when conflicts come up. We got you covered. We will record each session. Contact us for the recap video, and prepare for the next session. Additional Resources will be available via our LMS.
